An interesting thing with that video, the girl from Montréal (in Québec), people seem to think that she's struggling with her English, but actually, it's because she is speaking in a tone way instead of point way. What's a tone way of speaking? Well, that's a retro way of speaking, that several languages had back in the days, including old English, ancient Germanic languages, old Latin and old French. And in Québec, when your first language is French (which is the oldest standardized French currently spoken in the world), you automatically speak in a tone way. So she says things that her tone actually does replace words (which by the way people who have done some stream with me probably remarked that I also do a lot, I often look to not finish my sentences while I actually did because tone induce undertone.). But when she realises that people actually continue to listen she then add words to be understood, because that's how we do in French when we speak to people who speak modern French. So, even if French she would look like the struggle speaking the way from a point perspective, while in fact, she's actually fluid and speak it on a daily basis since forever.
